Table Captains

Table Captains are the heart of the Arizona’s Gala Dinner attendance. Each Table Captain strives to fill a table of 10, creating their own guest list and spending an inspirational evening surrounded with friends and family. As a “thank you” for helping to support the drive for equality, Table Captains are recognized at the dinner.

Benefits of Being a Table Captain:

  • Inspire your friends and family to purchase enough tickets to fill a table (10 seats) by Feb. 29th and you’ll receive $50 auction credit (when making a bid of $100 or more. Other restrictions may apply).
  • The first 10 table captains to fill their table get priority seating.
  • If you host your friends and family and purchase a full table, we’ll discount the table price by $200.

How to Sign Up as a Table Captain:

Online

  • Go to Box Office Tickets (scroll to find the Arizona Gala Dinner, events are listed by date).
  • When you get to the part where you choose a table (Step 1 of Check-Out), simply put yourself down as a table captain.
  • You will not be financially responsible for every seat, we just ask that you send out some invites.
  • Use the toolkit below to help you get the word out to your guests. Make sure they select your name from the list when they purchase their own tickets.

To Sit With A Registered Table Captain

If you are invited to sit with a registered Table Captain, you should choose his/her name from the Table Captain pull down menu in the “check out” section of Box Office Tickets when you are purchasing your own tickets for the Arizona Gala Dinner. You can only reserve your seat by purchasing a ticket for the Dinner and the Table Captain must have registered his/her name prior to your purchase.
